Today I joined a majority of my colleagues in the House to send President Obama an expansion of the State Children’s Health Insurance Program (SCHIP), which funds BadgerCare in Wisconsin. We have been trying to get this important legislation passed for a long time, and so I was especially proud to be able to attend the White House ceremony where President Obama signed this bill into law.
